Customized buttons Industrial Wireless Remote Control
The wireless remote control of offshore lifting platform actually
needs 10-20 meters. This time it is designed according to the
remote control distance of 100 meters. The complete set of remote
control includes 1 transmitter + 1 receiver, receiver output,
except emergency stop, all other functions The implementation is
designed as RS485 interface output, and the 485 interface of the
controlled end PLC adopts the Moudbus protocol communication. The
emergency stop corresponds to the receiver side 2 relay outputs
including 1 normally open point and 1 normally closed point.
Normally open points are used. The normally closed point is used as
a backup.
Transmitter button layout and function description
1. Layout a 5-position band rotary selector switch, the selection
positions are: 0 position, synchronization, 1#, 2#, 3#, 4#, 5
positions correspond to 5 fixed-value holding mode digital signal
outputs at the receiver end ；
2, a two-position rotary switch is arranged, and the function of
the selection position is: start, stop, corresponding to the
digital signal output of the receiver in 2 fixed-value holding
modes;
3, 2 buttons, the functions are: up, down, inching operation, the
two interlocking logic, corresponding to the receiver end 2 fixed
value inching mode digital signal output;
4. LCD screen return display instructions: 1) Platform height,
real-time change value, the specific value is collected and fed
back by PLC in real time, and the value given by the PLC will be
displayed. 2) The current angle of the platform and the real-time
change value are subject to the value given by the PLC real-time
acquisition and feedback. 3) Display the battery power percentage
of the transmitter itself (the display method of the mobile phone
power is the same). 4), the current operation prompt, prompts in a
solid hollow way. 5) The brake status of 8 motors, the display
content is "release", "brake tight", whether each motor is required
to separately display its loose and brake status, to be agreed,
such as "release 1", " Brake 1", "Release 2", "Brake 2", "Release
3", "Brake 3", ,, "Release 8," "Brake 8".
